Amy Says…
Hello {{first_name}} ,
I’ve watched the required 5 minutes daily of curling at the winter Olympics. I like the freestyle snowboarding and skiing.
Other exciting news from my house this week includes that I bought myself dark chocolate Oreos. A friend of mine introduced me to these and I’m in love. Have you tried these? I think they are delicious. I can also admit that Oreos are one of my favorite treats. Hit reply and let me know what your favorite sweet treat is.

Delicious…treats…mmmm.

Relationships | Transform Your Love Life With Inner Alignment and Identity

For years, Lilli Bewley did everything society told her would lead to happiness. She earned straight A's, climbed the corporate ladder, and dated with purpose. Yet despite checking every box on the unspoken checklist of success, something felt fundamentally off. After another heartbreak, she found herself repeating the same unfulfilling patterns in love, always feeling unseen, unheard, and like she was screaming at the top of her lungs while no one would listen.

Working Moms in Tech | How Joanne Gates Advocated for Her Career and Succeeded
When Joanne Gates returned from maternity leave at Microsoft in the late 1990s, her manager pulled her aside with what he thought was helpful advice. He suggested she might want to take on less responsibility now that she was a mother. She hadn't asked for reduced duties. She hadn't indicated she was stepping back. But the assumption had already been made: motherhood meant her career trajectory would flatten.
Nearly three decades later, the data tells us that same conversation is still happening in conference rooms across corporate America. The details have shifted slightly, but the fundamental tension between career ambition and motherhood in corporate environments, particularly in tech, remains largely unchanged.
